La Locanda Da Maria

We visited La Locanda Da Maria in our first night in Peschiera del Garda. It was in the heart of the old town and very easy to find. The restaurant is quite different from many of the traditional Italian restaurants in the region, with a really fresh and modern view of the restaurant and the menu. The food was fantastic, with the whole table enjoy everything that was ordered. One especially enjoyed my Pork Belly, who was very tasty. My only comment is it would have had some vegetables. The bread selection with the first course was also surprisingly delicious and impressive. It is on the more expensive side of restaurants in the local area, but it is also a step up on what is offered. I would highly recommend a meal if you are looking for a special meal or you are looking for a beautiful date night.
