Ariston Blue Dream - PESARO

It is a good restaurant, but it was beyond our expectation. We thought it will be full on every day, to get a table will be hard. As a matter of fact it was absolutely not full, very few guests were there, and it means in a big restaurant to sit just with few people is not so good.

We enjoyed very friendly, welcoming and professional service here consisting of three adults and a 4-year old child. We had our dinner on their nice outside terrace. There was a sophisticated fine dining atmosphere, but still in a relaxed way. The waitress recommended wines and food on request. As starters (il primo piatto) we had mozzarella and tomatoes, and a small lasagne. Both were good. For a kid they kindly brought french fries as we requested. The waitress was very understanding with a restless child customer. Our main courses (i secondi piatti) were lasage (a larger one than the primo we ordered), a very tasty ravioli pasta with Ricotta cheese and white fish (sea bream or something like that) with vegetables (orata con patate e verdure). The fish was nicely cooked in the oven and well seasoned. After our dinner the waitress offered to bring us Amaretto, Grappa or Limoncello and sweets for the kid. Of ten dinners we've enjoyed in Pesaro, this was the best one so far. We will most likely eat here again.
