Pizzeria Pietrino Perugia

It is a rotisserie pizzeria, specializing in Roman pinsa. It's a simple but clean place. The chairs are not comfortable, being made of metal like the table. The equipment is made of paper and the service is in collaboration with customers, who bring what is already ready to the table. The pinsa, however, is very good and the prices are cheap, so the value for money is high. I especially like the fact that the pinsa remains soft, unlike what they make in other places. It is possible to take a whole pinsa or a slice and thus try various types. You don't have to pay the infamous cover charge and each piece of pinsa, although quite large, costs only €2.50.
