Painful experience, painful service and pitiful food at Carousel Shopping Mall Franchise. My salad was prepared by the Asian background type and there was nothing except salad not a chicken at all. He deliberately chose the salad under the chicken. You definitely lost a customer. Only a proposal teach ur staff to accept errors and apologies there.

I’m coming here from January 2018, I was served by “Neha” which was the most terrible experience I’ve had. She was very rude to me when i was ordering, calling me names like “Ching Chong” since the till was stuffing up so she tried to make a joke to lighten the mood but it wasn’t a joke. It was clearly an insult which I’m very offended by since I have an asian background. This is very UNACCEPTABLE and I still can’t believe this happen! I’m very disgusted and would NOT recommend this store to anyone!

Got a terrible version of the Salmon Teriyaki here not much Salmon and the brocolli had plastic freezer taste to it could not eat it!
