Bidra med feedbackI was disappointed that there was no table reserved for us when I arrived, especially when I had confirmation of the booking. It was a bit embarrassing as it was a work lunch. The food was good though.
Delicious food, cannot fault, will return again, had been before, staff were great
Poor service it was like it was a hassle to have a customer, which disturbed the three wait staff from chatting between themselves. Everything had to be checked with someone else. Really a sad evening for such a great location and setting. I hope it was a one off
Poor service, no awareness of items that should be known. Communications with staff. Fish of the day do not know Coffee was bad, response yes i thought same, we are having issues with the machine '
Based on the confirmation email, we went to the bar to check in for our reservation. It took speaking to three different staff members before someone knew what we were talking about. Despite arriving early, we experienced a long wait for drinks at the main bar, likely due to not enough staff or slow cocktail preparation. The restaurant was very noisy inside, but once we were seated in our pod, the ambiance improved. The food was delicious, though the dessert - a tart with whipped cream - was missing the ice cream that was supposed to accompany it.
