The man working behind the counter is a charming Italian individual who made our shopping experience here truly enjoyable. The complimentary lemon nougat sample won us over and encouraged us to purchase more.

CAUTION FOR ASIANS! We were not sure what to purchase and our shopping basket was already quite full. When we asked for a sample (which they advertised as a free tasting), the Italian man working there gave me a sour and dismissive attitude. However, when my white husband asked for the same sample, he was greeted with a friendly and welcoming attitude. If you are Asian and don't want to feel judged and looked down upon, I would suggest avoiding this shop. I shared my experience with my husband after we left with our purchases, and he was not happy. This has left a bad taste in our mouths as we enjoy the nougats and jars of honey we bought. I would not recommend supporting this small business.

I had a very enjoyable experience at this restaurant. The nougat products were delicious, and the lady serving us was lovely and very helpful. She not only provided great service but also gave us information about Swan Valley for our interstate visitors. I was very impressed.

A great range of nought with new flavours to tempt the palate... Can never have too much of a good thing

Local immersed in a sun-kissed valley, excellent for an open-air coffee with kind and friendly staff ..... I will be back
