Mcdonald's - Perth

Mon. I just ordered a grilled chicken and aioli wrap. I came to home and got a crispy, I thought I had learned from all the time it happened before, but with 4 children in the car they don't really feel like checking every meal. it should be true, what happened to good old customer service? and its not only pooradale be every mcdonald’s, the personal just doesn’t care anymore!

The worst eating of all time. Since then maccas armadale was built, but today on the way to home 2 hours car away, we moved to maccas as normal and placed our order on 6.15 clock order 184 contains nuggets and chips for enkel, which on a happy meal, but no youngs toys so no point. my wife and I ordered the packs with crispy chickens and drinks. I recently visited the McDonald's in Armadale and received prompt service, which was great. The staff seemed very busy, but there was an issue with the screen that displays when orders are ready. The young girl working there was calling out numbers, but it was difficult to hear her. I had to help alert customers when their order was ready. When I received my meal, I noticed there was no drink. I asked the girl for a drink, and she quickly got it for me while also attending to another customer. Overall, despite the minor issue with the order system, the service and food at this McDonald's were satisfactory.

Mcafe coffee through drive through. False advertising or slack staff my mcafe coffee i ordered through the drive through came in an expresso pronto cup took 10 minutes in waiting bay to get it and most certainly wasn't the usual quality iv had before It tasted terrible had to throw it away yuck yuck yuck check photo mcafe coffee not

Simply awful. There is NO quality control in the kitchen. Their staff need to be retrained, (or trained in fact). Fries half empty, burgers meat nothing else, drinks may as well have been iced water. Drive the few extra k's down Albany Highway and buy at Kelmscott way better!!!
