Empire Espresso Bar and Lounge - Perth

Busy place, definitely can sit and talk if that is what you want. I often just grab a takeaway. Can't comment on food, coffee is a mild roast.

I went there this morning and ordered the porridge. It was the most disgusting porridge I have ever had. I actually can make better at home. The staff were miserable and did not smile once.  It is shocking to see people hired in a hospitality industry with such bad demeanour.  The only plus was good coffee.

Excellent cafe' very attractive decor, seating is looking over St George's Terrace, the all day breakfast of Poached Eggs & Bacon on toast with butter and Latte' was $10, you can't beat that for value, and furthermore, being a bit of a connoisseur of eggs and bacon, I will venture to say it was one of the best I have had, so thank you very much and I will definitely be back !

A small but cozy place and right opposite my hotel. Ordered the big breakfast and a chai latte, and took a seat. The chai latte arrived a few minutes later and was nice and creamy. The big breakfast had some great ham and hash browns. I would've liked the bacon crispy but then that was my fault in not specifying that in the order. The baked beans were not too shabby either. Would recommend for a quick breakfast.

Excellent service, great young boys with the best value food in the city. I would recommend this place to all. Go in and give it a try. They will make you feel welcome.
