Tim Horton's - PERTH-ANDOVER

I visited the Tim Hortons drive-thru in Presque Isle, Maine tonight on 10/14/2023 at 9:45 pm for a coffee. The woman working at the drive-thru said she would be with us shortly. However, after waiting for 15 minutes, the order screen went into sleep mode. The drive-thru attendant did not communicate with us and made us wait for another 15 minutes before shutting down the drive-thru. I found this to be rude and poor customer service. I believe that the female drive-thru attendant should be spoken to about this behavior. I have worked in restaurants like Tim Hortons before and I understand the desire to go home at the end of the night, but that is no excuse for being disrespectful and closing down the drive-thru while customers are still waiting for something as simple as a coffee. When we arrived at the speaker box at 9:45 pm to place our order, instead of acknowledging us and informing us that the restaurant closes in 15 minutes, she chose to ignore us after leading us to believe she would be with us shortly. I feel insulted and disrespected by this experience. I will not be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Service: 3 The service at this restaurant was mediocre. The staff was not very attentive and the wait times for food and drinks were longer than expected. However, they were polite and friendly when they did interact with us. Overall, the service could use improvement.

I always enjoy my daily coffee at Tim Hortons! The take-out service is fantastic, and the breakfast options are delicious. The prices are affordable, and the atmosphere is great. Overall, I give Tim Hortons a perfect score of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere.

A good alternative from Canada to Burgers and Fries... Good breakfast, nice and quick service, recyclable paper for wrapping! And the good Tim Hortons , I prefer the dark roasted Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
