Arby's - Perrysburg

The restaurant was clean and very slow. The sales associate was patient with us because we switched orders at the last minute and our was correct. This Arby's still had a tree in the eating area but very nice atmosphere. My Reuben andCurly fries were good.

Food is as good as an Arby's can be. I think the staff does an amazing job, but the Manager seems to be the one to get it together. They are short staffed like everywhere else in this world, and on a number of occasions I have watched the employees bust their butts to do the jobs of 2 or 3 people. While this is happening, I also usually watch the manager yell at them to move faster or do their jobs. Today, she was so busy yelling at the poor drive-thru worker who was doing his best to juggle multiple jobs to even make sure she was handing me the right food. She ripped my bag out of his hands and basically threw it out the window at me. She didn't even stop yelling at him while she was handing me my food. Very unprofessional. I get back to my office, and see she handed me the complete wrong bag of food. Now my lunch break is over and I am stuck with food I won't even eat, all because she needed to yell at someone and couldn't even be bothered to check the bag of food she was handing me. This is probably the last time I go there unless the manager decides to change her attitude.

The staff was super friendly. And the roast beef was cooked perfectly. Also the onion rings were perfect and the drive-thru was pretty fast. We'll go back as the one on airport highway is horrible last time we went there they were out of roast

They didn't have any roast beef. Thankfully, they have many other choices. But, why did they have to discontinue my fish?Vegetarian options: They have great potato choices.
