Great place, welcome and menu. Happy his second star Michelin! Japanese influences are extremely well balanced on each plate. And I strongly recommend the Chardonnay cuvée of the restaurant, the grapes are within reach!

Traditional Burgundy cuisine revisited with Japanese fragrances. It's excellent, very fine and it comes out of the ordinary. Subtle perfumes throughout the meal, with dishes full of flavors, all accompanied by excellent wines from Burgundy, unfortunately not given... But we expected to see the standing of the restaurant. For my part, I recommend a Pernand Vergeless Islands from Rappet, a delight. In short, if you want to enjoy yourself in the region, an address to try urgently!
