Eating is nice, but the prices are a bit higher when we compare with other places. not long ago, her customer service was terrible, but now it's okay.

The fish at this restaurant was of low quality. The portion size was disappointing and there was not enough filling in the dish.

We visited a lovely restaurant that served delicious food. We especially enjoyed the excellent service we received when we visited as a family, including my husband, myself, and our young son. The staff showed special attention to our son, which made us very happy. They were attentive, caring, and kind towards him. We are very pleased with our experience!

The service at this restaurant is severely lacking! Management needs to take note and make improvements. If you're in a hurry, it's better to choose a different option. Quality over quantity! In February, I placed an order for rolls over the phone for pickup. They told me it would be ready within an hour. When I called to check on my order, they said it still wasn't ready and would take another 30 minutes. This is longer than the promised time! Why should I wait so long when I could order from a different cafe with quicker service? It's misleading to customers. Lately, the delivery time from Nami has been hours, which is unacceptable.

Good Russian sushi, nice price.
