Summer outdoor dining on a small square in the heart of the medieval city...what could be better other than an inexpensive three course lunch which was tasty and presented nicely. For 15 euros I enjoyed a small salad with warm chevre toasts, perfectly roasted and...juicy duck cutlets with a version of frites, a dessert of two profiteroles with fudge sauce and cream, and a glass of rosé. The place was busy, primarily with tourists, but that's to be expected when really hot weather keeps the locals inside. The wait staff was also busy so service did not feel personal but it was still very professional. The entire experience was exactly what I was looking for...a reasonable price, good food, great location, and no fuss.
