Bidra med feedbackIt's worth noting that there are not many options in Peri. It's a small town in rural Corsica, so you take what you can get. However, Chez Seraphin stood out as excellent. The food was relatively simple a basic salad, lamb, roasted potatoes, and cheese but good. The potatoes stood out in particular. The setting is lovely, high in the hills of Corse de Sud. The price is unbeatable at €20 per person for all that plus wine and a small digestif. The desserts looked delicious, and I have a feeling we would not have been charged more of we had ordered dessert. The meal will be a long one service is slow and a little spotty. Additionally, yellowjackets were a significant issue for us. Our meal attracted 5 6, which followed us even after we had moved indoors. Absent those, it might have been perfect.
Lovely owner and amazing food with local products. You have to book in advance as it is really busy during the summer and ask for a table on the lovely terrace.
15 years after our first passage the kitchen is always as good, generous and of quality. The staff is very friendly.
We, we like to arrive early (service starts at 8:00 pm) to admire the sunset on the opposite mountains. So it's a magical place. the Corsican meal of seraphim is a forced passage when you are in the valley of the gravone. the menu is super copyy but of quality. From the soup to the digestive myrtle liqueur, to the zucchini flowers donuts, you can enjoy it. wine is really home but meat is extra. Anyway, a great evening. Don't change the seraphim! also valid for his smiling wife.
On the advice of our murial friend we booked a table in this establishment located in the mountains. We had a great time, and we chose from each of the dishes offered in the menu. From dessert entries, everything was perfect. A thousand thanks for this evening that we will renew with great pleasure.
