Bidra med feedbackA lunch time staple for me and the service has always been fast. The worst thing that has happened was when the drink machine would only give me water and not lemonade. I'd say that is fairly minor for going there once or twice a week for several months. Staff is friendly and efficient in this hard to find location tucked behind a drive thru for a bank. Dining in is cozy and clean.

Poor service often results in negative experiences for everyone involved.
I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. They had incorrect hours posted, which caused issues for me when I tried to get my money back after contacting their customer service. I made a mobile order and never received a refund. I would recommend visiting any other Subway instead.
I went into Subway to place an order and realized they required a face covering. Unfortunately, I had been walking and didn’t have a mask with me. I tried to improvise by pulling up a wrap over my mouth and nose. However, I was met with a very rude employee who insisted that I couldn’t order because I wasn't wearing a mask, despite the fact that my mouth and nose were likely better covered than they would have been with one. I decided to take my business elsewhere and would give them less than one star if I could.
