Dunkin' - Peoria

I love the coffee and I love the service. Great place!!

I placed a mobile order at 7:50pm and had to wait in line for 15 minutes by myself before receiving my food. The worker mentioned that they had to turn on the ovens because they were closed, even though the lights were on and both the online and window signs indicated they were open for another hour. Unfortunately, they were out of all donuts so I had to settle for a muffin, which turned out to be rock hard. The coffee was also gross and watery. In the past two years, every time I have visited this location, the food and drinks have been terrible - always made incorrectly or lacking items. Additionally, this location closes at random times at night, often without warning. I have even placed a mobile order before only to arrive and find them closed. I would recommend avoiding this location entirely.

The restaurant was extremely dirty. The bathroom was in a terrible state of cleanliness. I will not be returning to this place.

The Dunkin' in Creve Coeur was terrible. Our potato rounds seemed to be at least a week old, cold, and limp. The bagel sandwich was too hard to eat. The young girl serving us could definitely benefit from more training.

Fast and great service. I'm starting to like Dunkin over Starbucks.
