Raspberry choice here is frozen. Each other Cold Stone site has them in sugar, they are soft and savoury in the ice. Customer service is not dead here, which is shocking, and I would give this place a 5-star rating if their raspberries were not frozen. You have great employees!

I visit this restaurant every two weeks, and the staff consistently provide excellent and modern service. Regardless of whether the place is busy or not, the quality remains high. They offer generous portions of ice cream and the team is always attentive and accommodating.

I absolutely love Cold Stone and have visited many locations throughout the valley, but this one is definitely my favorite. Every time I come in, the female staff members are incredibly friendly, and Kaitlyn truly stands out. She greets me with such warmth that I always look forward to returning—her loving and friendly personality makes a lasting impression. Not to mention, the ice cream is fantastic! I can't praise her enough for the wonderful energy she brings. I highly recommend this Cold Stone not only for the delicious ice cream but also for the welcoming smiles from Kaitlyn and the other staff members. Thank you for being so kind and providing such a great experience, along with making the best ice cream!

I have a peanut allergy, but the staff is always accommodating and ensures my ice cream is made in a peanut and tree nut free area. Your ice cream is fantastic, and the employees are very friendly.
