Managed to get our order right, which is infinitely better than the other local industry that consistently failed. Food cooked relatively fast and filled a hole. Not bad

Good food, lovely staff, put off by some people having fun at the end of the car park. Really couldnt dip my chicken in the Kansas BBQ brown sauce after what I saw...but they at least had fun.

Being a pescatarian since the early 1980 's, KFC is not a place I would consider as my No 1 choice for a quick bite to eat. In fact previously I tried their rice dish and found it inedible. However, today I had a Quorn chicken burger and found it very good. Big thumbs up to KFC in general and the Penzance branch in particular. Keep up the good work.!

The worst chips ever, cold and floppy. Chicken wings weren't much better and the burgers were just about edible. Haven't had KFC for years and eating here reminded me why!

Not happy, ordered take out. Had to wait for ages, even though not that busy with people. Order was wrong, two things missing. Had already driven away before we realised. Food nice, but most of the order was wrong.
