Nancy's Catering Events - Pensacola

Nancy made our wedding event a success! From Day #1, Paul and employees ensured that they answered all our questions and helped bring our ideas into reality. The day of the event was perfect staff arrived early, setup and breakdown were very smooth, the food was delicious (rave reviews on the Grotten-Bar), and the service staff was very friendly and professional with our guests. Thank you.

We used Nancy's catering and events for our rehearsal dinner and our wedding reception. For the trial dinner we had a chef who prepared a shrimp boil.... and WOW, the food was so fantastic! We had a buffet style dinner for the reception and again we were so incredibly impressed by the food. Everything was wonderful. In addition, we had a total of 5 employees at our events, and their service was also great. Very friendly and very helpful. Nancy also helped to supply alcohol, tables, chairs and bed linen. Both of our events were perfect, we had nothing changed. The customer service we received before the events was the BEST. We worked with Paul Silivos and we can't say enough good things about him. He was so appealing, thorough, pleasant and easy to work wonderfully. He was a great help in planning our target wedding. Nancy's catering gave the food for my daughters wedding reception last weekend and the food was delicious. Your team faced some challenges as our event took place in the Blackwater River State Park and they were able to draw a beautiful event without electricity, an outdoor hose back and a morning downpour rain while being set up under a tent! The staff were very nice and have furnished the buffet and worked continuously to keep the place nice during the reception. Both the food and the service were excellent. At the request of the bride and the bridegroom we had tiropita, spanakopita, empanadas, a Mac and cheese bar, peasants on toast and twice baked potato puffs. It cost everything super!

We’ve had their Gourmet-to-Go three times in four weeks. I don’t know who comes up with the dishes, but they deserve an award. From the mains to the sides, there’s a deft hand working in their kitchen. They know what they’re doing, and they’re doing it well. I’ve been nothing but impressed, and their quality is consistent. There are sit-down restaurants in Pensacola that can’t deliver half the flavor for twice the price compared to these guys.
