Moe's Southwest Grill - Pensacola

Go to this store regularly but today I got such bad service I probably won't come back. 3 people are all that actually do anything where 2 just stand around looking clueless. Never got asked if it was to go or dine in so all my food got thrown into a bag with someone elses order because they weren't paying attention then they tried to charge me for the other persons meal as well. Asked for a meal to get queso and once I got my food and asked for the queso that came with the meal was told that all they had runge up for was just drinks and if I wanted queso I'd have to buy individual sides instead of getting the meal discount. One of the worst fast food experiences I've had in a very long time and the people at the register just make it worse.

I don’t really know why the reviews are so high . My buirrito was super bland and I wasn’t told the queso had jalapeño and I couldn’t even eat it . The prices have gone to far up and now I need a app to do Monday. I also think the tip begging is pathetic leave a jar and drop it at that . I did not go to a table service restaurant and last time I was here my slip was written on for no tip who can pay $15 to eat chips and I clean up after myself. Eating here helped me save money because I’m done w moes

Absolutely above the service. One of the night workers, Ashley, was very accommodating and helped me with a wrong online order. It is exemplary and very amicable. The staff was also very friendly. One of my favorite fashions.

Dear Moes. It wasn't a while, but the experience tonight was as good as never. The staff in this moe's really know how to wrap the burrito and stretch it well enough to fit into a bunch of ingredients. Your home wrecker didn't disappoint! Thanks Moes!

Absolutely love Moe's. Great food and service. Children eating free on Sunday is a nice bonus! I often go here. You will not be disappointed!
