Mcdonald's - Pensacola

We went today (11-12-22) around 10am and they were extremely busy. Cool. The dine in area was pretty clean. Cool. What was NOT cool is that there was a very dark 3 inch segment of someone's hair in the cheese in my mcmuffin. Of course you call the store and there's no answer...

I was in a hurry so I popped in the drive through. Thanks to this McDonnalds horrible burger that was supposed to have bacon on it the staff reminded me why I avoid fast food and especially McDonalds. Not sure you could have done a worse job or cared less about the food you serve people.

No salt on fries. No toppings (not even the pickles on the crispy chicken). Bun was twice the size of the chicken. Went in to ask for the pickles and some mayo. Two employees standing there complaining about working. Asked why the chicken had no toppings (was told it only comes with pickles…no pickles on it). She said “whatcha want some pickles.” Hmmm. Left asap. Bad attitudes galore. Yuck.

I pull up to the drive thru to place an order at 6:11 AM and 6:23 AM I ended up leaving because it was going to take another 20 minutes to be ready. Seriously, you need better management if they can serve the public at opening hours. Four order vehicles left lime me this morning.

Worst McDonald's in the area. Constantly out of stuff, never gets the orders right, long lines. The staff are very nice. They just need more people. McDonald's corporate or franchisee needs to step it up at this location.
