Today stopped for lunch and the service was phenomenal. Everything was very fast and efficient. Great experience! I could hear the manager who encouraged the team and you could say that it really works! I think she could be new, but she did an excellent job to keep the team and encourage everyone. It could be said that the employees flourished from the atmosphere. Best experience I had! Go on!
I just wanted to say that you have a great thank you to Katanya D. She is an amazing, sweet and nurturing person. Thank you for your service, kindness and such a positive attitude. We will miss you!!!!!!
First, I'd like to say this comment was originally on my facebook page. I was encouraged by several people to post to this page, so here you go.....I know he'll never see this, but I'd like to give a shout out to Cody at the McDonald's on Blue Angel and Hwy 98. What an fabulous young man!!! He always takes pride in what he does and I enjoy his awesome attitude and work ethic. It's rare to find someone that's always positive and welcoming. He always tells me to have a blessed day. When I told him that I appreciated his positive attitude and that he was always so friendly, he just said that he just treated people the way he wanted to be treated. That's sometimes easier said than done. Hats off to Cody. I sure hope that someone at McDonald's recognizes what a gem they have and mentor him for a long term career there. If not, someone else will surely make that offer, because he truly stands apart!!!
I love the fact McDonald's has one window, always open, taking payments and the other preparing drinks and food and a different person passing the food and drinks out the window. It was disturbing prior COVID to have the same people taking the money, preparing the drinks and then passing it all to you. There is a problem. I would not mention it had it not been consistent. I continue getting errors in the products received. There seems to always be something missing. Condiments, fries and a few times a burger. When calling back, the manager offers a replacement, but, who wants to drive back to the location, that day, or that distance? I think if your people error in the order, to accommodate the customers, something more than the item needs to be offered in addition to allowing you to return at your convenience. All in all, they are nice, courteous and it appears, clean.
