They can do better when you use the app waiting on your food! For example, they take everyone in the Drive-Thru first! Even if you was the first one to order using the app. I stop going there and now go to Whataburger! Better service there!

This location has a serious issue with ignoring customers at their front counter. Frequently I find myself standing there for several minutes without being greeted, without anyone saying anything about if someone is coming to take my order. I will see crew, crew trainers and management look straight at me and continue expediting orders for drive through leaving me to stand there and wait until someone gets the urge to waltz up to the front counter and take my order. Twice I have had a manager come and pull the register to go count it knowing they could very easily have taken my order then pulled the register. But they didn't even look at me, just opened the drawer, typed on the screen for a second and walked off with the drawer. That just left me standing there longer waiting for them to bring out a drawer for someone to cash out my order when assuming someone did actually take the order. If you love being ignored this is the place for you! They excell at it!

This is an great location, great customer service, any concern they reassure to make sure my order is correct. Before leaving. Clean, nice vibe... matter a fact. I drive to this location VS the one on Pensacola blvd. Great job.

This is a joke, they are not ashamed, they should work on something else and not mess with the customers. burnt bread, only one pickle and no sauces, ever again and I hope other customers don't have such dire experiences.
