Krystal. I loved it for years! The prices went through the roof. You have breakfast now. I had (3) Speck Cheeseburger, and Pommes, for $8. The food was as good as ever. It was the price that gave me outrage!

This site did a great job on Friday 8 July. My order was correct. Fries were hot and fresh.

Terrible service!!! Where is the real management because Sister Manager was not on it today! I sat waiting in drive-thru line a good 15 minutes. Only to pull up to the window and wait another 40 minutes at the drive-thru window for my food. Cashier left the window and went to the back somewhere. Somehow my food was prepared and in the bag but was sitting there getting cold ready to be given to me. I didn 't see the bag and didn 't know it was there however NO ONE GAVE MY FOOD TO ME AND I 'M JUST SITTING THERE. THE FOOD WAS JUST SITTING THERE. Cars were behind me. Some pulled off. I was going to take off as well but I asked for my money back. Manager says oh, here 's your food right here. I told her I didn 't want it because it was no telling how long the bag was there and the food was probably cold. Meanwhile cashier NEVER came back up to the window but she 's yelling from the back, no, she don 't want it because the food cold now. I 'm thinking too myself, well why weren 't you up here to give it to me then? I was livid. I FEEL TOTALLY DISRESPECTED AS A CUSTOMER. To get out of church, then come to experience this situation was a test. But I tell you what: The devil didn 't win because I didn 't cuss nobody out. I took my money, drove off, and went down the street to Wendy 's on 9th Avenue. I don 't care if this location is the last restaurant in town, I will NEVER patronize this Krystal 's again. The crew was terrible but they are only as good as the leader is and she was terrible times 10. To be honest they were all acting like they were high or drunk or both.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the staff is quite rude. During our visit on 9/17 at around 8:30 PM, I found it frustrating that I kept being asked, "Is that all?" when placing my order (even though I was only ordering a few sandwiches and fries). I was then interrupted when asking for a fry, with the staff member insisting I give my entire order at once. When I expressed my shock, he continued to rudely interrupt me. This poor customer service experience makes me hesitant to return to this specific location. It was difficult to identify the employee as he was not wearing a name tag.
