Bidra med feedbackThey have recently come under new ownership and the experience has suffered. store prices are higher than the prices online which is odd. staff is super super nice. they dont accept American Express on the app or online since the new ownership. they make it hard to spend money so i will go elsewhere.
They don’t have steak and cheese or honey mustard. If you don’t mind that it’s good but I prefer subway after my experience
Freaky fast as usual, walked in just after 12 noon and had no wait. Store was very clean and smelled great. We were greeted by the lady at the counter with a very good personality and a smile. Menu was large, easy to read and once we place our order it almost seemed to be ready before we was even done ordering lol freaky fast. As always the sandwiches were perfectly prepared, never light on the meats or toppings. A very good lunch experience, thanks Jimmy Johns.
They were okay when they first opened up. Lately I've had to wait an hour even though we're right around the corner for deliveries. Not sure what happened. Todays episode took over an hour. We bailed way before then and had to get other food. I tried calling multiple times to cancel after the 45 minute mark, but no one answered the phone. Guy shows up I tell him we gave up and didn't want the food. They refused to give me a refund. I didn't accept any food from them. Had to resort to a chargeback with my credit card and I hate to do that. What a bad experience all around. This has kind of turned me off Jimmy Johns as a whole. Edit: Received a phone call from the owner. He explained his situation and I truly believe there are factors out of his control that are limiting deliveries. Owner was a cool guy and made things right by issuing a refund. I hope things turn around for him.
I like this location for their convenience and making a great Jimmy sandwich. I have done in-person and APP orders here, and they have always been accurate. Not many customers dine-in, so there is never a crowd.
