Bam Snoballs - Pensacola

So good! I've never had New Orleans style snoballs before but I loved it. I got the BAM! (Wedding cake and strawberry cheesecake, ice cream center) with added condensed milk drizzle. That and the ice cream center added such a nice creamy flavor. The syrup was evenly spread on the top and bottom halves, so there was no plain ice anywhere. The price is really reasonable, at 4.50, 5.50 or 6.50, plus a dollar for ice cream and 75 cents for toppings. You can even add an actual slice of cheesecake for 1.50. The hero/comic book theme is really cute and the place seemed really kid friendly, with a Disney movie playing in the seating area. All in all, highly recommend and I will be coming back for sure!

I recently hired BAM to work a July 4th event and they were amazing! Their communication was great, making the experience stress free. The snoballs were delicious and our guests raved about them all day!!

Waited 40 minutes for a snow cone bc there was only 1 girl working and she was moving like a snail and visibly annoyed, slamming doors etc. the customer service/quality has decreased tremendously
