Avoid a terrible start to your day by steering clear of this unsafe establishment. The "New Management" clearly doesn’t know how to handle things properly. They make customers in mobile orders wait in a long drive-thru line in 80-degree heat alongside cars instead of setting up a designated pick-up area outside their business. When I asked at the window for a small cup of water for my dog, who was waiting just around the corner, I was told I had to pay extra. I will not be returning.

I went with my coffee when I saw something floating in it. I came to the house and I spilled it out just to find a dead bee in my coffee. I am disgusted!

This is probably the worst dunkin ever. They took forever to get all of our orders ready and almost every single one of them was wrong. Seems to be the common theme among all the other reviews

Dining room not open. I’m in a work truck that doesn’t fit in the drive thru. So I won’t be returning to this location
