The waiter we had spoke excellent English and was very efficient and friendly. My husband had the sardines and he was very impressed. I had the meat kebab and it was a little dry but came with rice, salad and excellent home made chips. A...really good price too. We had a bottle of house wine and this was good too.

We ate here at our second night in Peniche. It was quite early when we had set ourselves and our order was taken very quickly by a friendly waiter. We ordered grilled chicken, black pork and salmon and a jug of Sangria. All came with salad,...rice and chips. The chicken was delicious, black pork was not so tasteful, but ok and the salmon was nice. We had desserts of chocolate mousse, Bola de bolacha (biscuite cake) and a delicacies tropical (a tropical fruit ice cream dessert) plus coffee. Our bill for three came to €60. The service started well, but then they were very busy. The meal was good, not our best in Peniche, but worthy second place. The jug of Sangria was amazing, although with a great taste. Would we come back? Probably. The best tip comes early.

The absolute best! The seafood, the veal, the dessert, the wine and the family that runs it…. Fantastic!!! You have to come by and try this place!
