Bidra med feedbackA very nice restaurant with many seats in the inner and some tables on the street. the owner invites them to choose their fish from its cooled window. the complete daily menu consisting of dish, desert and coffee, costs euros 9.5 and. is very healthy (most fish and meat are cooked on a charcoal fire and served with salads and boiled carrots). the owner is very pleasant and entertaining. the atmosphere is alive. the place was full when we visited and most customers were neighboring.
The only nag is that they find it public and do not receive luxury seats (only regular chairs). maybe less in the night on weekdays. good food for a bargain.
We saw this restaurant on google maps. when we arrived, the lady told us we had to wait outside until 18h (8min.. . we waited outside and had to wait 30 minutes. not 8. Once we were able to go in, they didn't pay us a... answer and didn't come to ask us what we wanted. we waited for 15 minutes until we decided to go to another place. Don't go here! the people are not friendly care not about their clientele, overall it is just a waste of time.
We discovered this restaurant while walking through the sleepy streets of the old center of Seixal. it is located in a small road behind the church at the end of the old town. they have a terrace in front of the restaurant. barely tourist go. you really belong to the Portuguese. we ate cozido à portuguesa, a huge dish, typical Portuguese food for only € 6.70 per person. there is not much to see in Seixal, but if you want to feel the difference between lively lisboa and a quiet commuter city only on the other side of the river, it is an option. take the ferry in cais do sodré and after 20 minutes they will come to foot in a much slower and peaceful place. turn right at the first roundabout and follow the road.
Excelente comida. Boa localização. Excelente relação qualidade preço. Peixe grelhado muito bom. Duas esplanadas. Com AC no interior. Com multibanco.
