Whitesides - Pendle

Went with a friend to get some pies for lunch and they were amazing. I got a selection of 4 different ones to take home to share with my husband for tea and every one was excellent.

Having an exemption card or badge is a personal decision and not mandated by law. Taken from the government's website. Today, I decided to show my support for a local business in these uncertain times, but I was denied entry because I was not wearing a mask. When I explained that I had an exemption (which is illegal to question), I was dealt with rudely and instructed to leave.

A lovely small cafe area attached to the bakery,good menu and friendly waitresses ,breakfasts sandwiches pies and meals and a lovely cup off Yorkshire tea ,service was fast and food hot and freshly cooked.

A modern, compact and stylish small cafe area attached to the main Bakery business offering meals and snacks and drinks at reasonable prices in a busy shop environ. Friendly, attentive staff. My only little gripe was that due to the proximity of the entrance door and being at a busy time, the cafe area was somewhat chilly! A visit is definitely recommended.

Whitesides is right up there with my favourite sandwich/bakery shops of all time. Not only is their products great their staff are great too. The smaller breakfast sandwich is way ample enough to fill me. Prices are good too and great parking right outside.
