Bidra med feedbackI ordered a cheeseburger and there was no patty on it. Just toppings and cheese. Not happy. But they gave me a good credit for next time.
Instead of concentrating on your KIOSKS and DRIVE THRU maybe pay attention to people lined up at your counters...when did providing face to face service become such a chore for fast food restaurant...as someone on the cusp of the boomer generation, I feel bad for older patrons who like myself don't like the KIOSKS. I feel that McDonalds is losing any appeal because the service keeps getting worse and the prices keep going up while the food selections remain pretty much the same. When I told the line manager that her employees should still greet the customers and or at least make eye contact with the employees she seemed confused. It's part of the customer experience. Acknowledging the presence of the customer is part of customer service is a HUGE part of the SERVICE part that too many stores ignore. Hell I remember when the order boards weren't constantly moving and you could read the menu without waiting for it to cycle back to place your order. I also remember there was a free item on the boards...it was SMILES. Good times...are they over or can McDonalds take notes and bring back quality service?
Aside from a very disorganized and dated location it is a typical McDonald’s Today however, I purchased a breakfast and coffee combo I drink my coffee black, I am aware it is hot. These new Christmas cups are horrible. About fifteen minutes into my drive, I reach down to take a sip of coffee as by now it should have cooled enough to consume. Well the first red flag should have been the lid popping off. After reattaching the lid, I pick the cup up again and have the cup fold in my hand and pour still pipping hot coffee all over me and my car. My beef is, either double cup a black coffee OR go back to the double walled cups.
The service at this restaurant is extremely slow, with cleanliness issues throughout the establishment, especially in the kitchen and washroom. It appears that the staff may be using drugs, causing further delays. Waiting for service feels like time has stopped. This restaurant is tarnishing the reputation of a major corporation. I do not recommend dining here.
I stopped by around 2:30am on my way to catch a flight in Ottawa. The staff member was extremely friendly and polite. I had possibly the best sausage and egg McMuffin of my life! It was great food for such an early time of day.
