Pincho Factory - Pembroke Pines

I ordered my food through Uber Eats and got a pollo asado, which was delicious! The fried cheese was also amazing! I should definitely order more next time. The flavors were wonderful.

I would like to give this restaurant 5 stars. The food is consistently amazing. Unfortunately, the customer service is lacking. They often forget to provide extra sauces or even the ones that should be included. I spent $31 and only received 1 extra sauce when I requested more before paying. I also asked to add a small portion of salad, and they wanted to charge me $2 for it.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My plate was underwhelming, with a stale pita bread and rancid dressing. The Steak Pinchos depicted on the wall did not match what was served to me. The service was lacking, with our server disappearing and no one at the cash register to take our order. The meat was overly salty and the shrimp lacked flavor. The tables were sticky and the tostones were greasy instead of crispy. I will give this restaurant two stars, with the only redeeming factor being the Zilantro sauce.

Did a few discussions here and it's rarely disappointed. Today they have done a great promotion to celebrate the new one? Pincho? Only name. $5 Vaca Frita Bowl $5 Pincho Burger. Can't complain for this price?

I was with my wife and I mentioned to her that I have been getting posts by pinchos on Instagram and we should try them, so when we saw them here we decided to go. It was 10;45 and they will open at 11am so we decided to wait, when we finally entered at 11 we placed our order and then we headed to the tables, to our surprise there was not a single clean table, we cleaned our table with napkins and hand sanitizer,we where impressed because the store was just opened and we where the first people, then we realized that the entire floor was dirty and that was also another red flag, when we got our order the food was small but small. We left there concerned wondering if their kitchen practices where as clean as their tables and floor.
