Pho Nguyen - Pembroke Pines

Great Pho! Flavorful and delicious. General serving and vegetables are always fresh. Service is great and place is spotlessly clean. In the last 3 years almost every week. The owner is very nice and attentive, always ensures that you are satisfied with your order and goes out of his way to feel welcome.

Pho Broth was very clear and taste was authentic. I was surprised because it takes care of a clear bone broth. Menu clearly how many pieces of meat go into each bowl and the cost of the extras. This review is only for the Pho, I tried nothing else in the resturant.

I ordered the vegetable pho and the vegan pancake. While prices are definitely on the higher side, Pho Nguyen makes for them with truly authentic delicious cuisine. In any case, here ( occasional) would come back to treat me.

Woke up this week craving Pho. When I lived in LA, I used to eat Pho all the time but haven't it much since moving to South Florida. I looked up the restaurant near me that had the best reviews and discovered Pho Nguyen. They were definitely COVID-19 compliant as everyone wore a mask and they had plexiglass to protect the employees and customers when ordering takeout or to-go. They currently have a couple tables outside for those who prefer to eat in the open air and have limited dine-in occupancy. The food was good and the 90s pop music playing over the speakers reminded me of my youth. I would definitely return.
