Kfc - Pembroke Pines

The service was very quick and the customer service was excellent. The food was delicious. I definitely plan on going back again!

This kfc is located in the pines palm office park plaza, just a few minutes walk from the kindergarten doctor I take my children. the drive-thru had a line, so I decided to go inside. much bigger than the Sheridan location, the restaurant was clean and there were many table seats for customers. kfcs menu offers a lot of chicken dishes in either original recipe, extra crispy or grilled. there are also sandwiches, sides, desserts and cold drinks to reasonable praise. I was immediately greeted by a male hired who consisted of my ordering the $5 two pieces of filling worth meal, consisting of two pieces of hull (drum top,) a chocolate chip cookie, a biscuit, a medium drink and a choice of the side (mashed kartoffeln). they can also choose another side for $1 extra. I really didn't want a thigh, and the male hired was nice enough to give me two lights. my filling box was handed over to me nice and hot within five minutes. there were no complaints from me. the chicken was hot, crispy and tasteful on the outside, while tender and juicy on the inside. the carrots with gravur were very creamy. the chocolate chip cookie was warm and soft, and the cookie was warm and fluffy. as a person who is not a big fan of fried huh, they can never go wrong with KFC chicken, it is really finger licking good.

Looking for something warm for lunch or dinner is the $5 bowl the choice. comes with a drink and biscuits. the bowl unites all the aromes and makes it easy if they need fast food.

I came here again and the dame that visited me through the drive thru was so pleasant and helpful that I went back. no matter how polite I was, the person who visited me again through the drive thru seemed like I was a great inconvenience for her! I must have said at 4 different locations, grilled chicken please, and of course my order was wrong! I didn't say anything or asked the manager to do something to eat. Why do they work in service if they are simply evil and rude for people!?

The staff that takes the orders are typically very kind. What bothers me is that if something is missing in the order, you have to remake the line because the lobby isn’t open. I understand they are short staffed but when I tried getting someone’s attention, they dismissed me by signaling to go through drive thru instead. So, the staff that works inside, isn’t so nice. I am giving two stars. I feel that things can be significantly improved once they get more people on board. No complaints about the food yet.
