Brimstone Woodfire Grill

I always pass by the highway and wanted to experience the food in a place that looks like a good and high quality gourmet eatery. The ambiance was perfect, I liked the decoration and the style. My husband and I ordered top of the line plate to share, as a side ordered AMERICAN SALAD. What a SURPRISE as a garnish in top the salad walking a BUG (A ROACH). They apologize and bring us another salad, of course we do not eat at all. We finish with the wine and the other surprise, the bill $68.62, they charge for the SALAD, we do not think it is fair, we paid. We are going to the Health Department to complain about this matter, not because of the bill but for the issue. We do not recommend to go to this place, if you have a roach in top of the salad what do they have in the kitchen or pantry?

I think the food is great and the service was the best I've ever experienced.

This place was way too expensive for the actual quality of their food. I am more than willing to pay 42.00 for a ribeye, but only if it taste good! My husband and I also ended up with stomach issues after that. I can honestly say that their service was great but really, I would rather have better food for the price. I could've went to Longhorn and got a way better steak. Really... Not impressed at all.

If you want a great steak experience no need to walk very far. At the Pembroke Gardens mall there is a restaurant called Village Tavern that is head and shoulders above this one when it comes to the quality of their steaks (not to mention their other dishes). This steak was burnt outside and hard for a filet mignon. (ordered MR) I guess for lunch might be OK, but forget dinner unless you like to waste your money on bad experiences.

The food was excellent. Nice place. We will go again.
