Bidra med feedbackMy first impression and my experience were great!! Small Japanese restaurant on the edge of Pella. I think Yamato is a great Japanese restaurant for the community. I had the dinosaur roll and a side of Miso soup. This role had soft bowl crab, tempura, with avocado oil sauce. Delicious, crispy, hot fresh. The wrong soup was great. It had a really big taste! Not like other restaurants where they do their glands. My friend also had some California roles and soup. Both came to $34.xx after luck. Service was efficient and nice. Nothing spectacular, but they served well and without interruption. Visits during Thursday evening dinner hour. Environment was full and busy. There were some families waiting for tables while we visited. It shows that the locals definitely love this restaurant. Also noticed many to go orders to be picked up. The restaurant was minimal in the decor and perhaps had 10 tables, the place 4 people. The restaurant was packed quickly! Overall, I recommend Yamato. My friend who lives on site loves this restaurant and often visits. I look forward to the return and the attempt of a hibachi court!
Excellent food and service, appetizers were served immediately and tasty!
A little hidden jewel in Pella. Nice change of pace. Large selection on the menu.
Best Sushi Restaurant in this Quadrant of Iowa. Dear chefs! They are pretty fast efficient. I recommend the Caterpillar Roll. We will invite guests for future meals here
Me and my Ole lady eat here atleast twice a week. They know us by name. The service and the food Is always magnificent! Can't beat the price on the fresh sushi either. This is no gas station sushi so go ahead and give it a shot! You will joy regret it!
