Sub Station Ii - Pelion

All ingredients were fresh and delicious. The service was great and the subs were made exactly as ordered. The only disadvantage is that they are within a gas station and that the station itself leaves much to be desired.

The two younger girls are usually rude or seem like they could not take care of anything less. It is either always slow or bad. I decided to give him another chance and they didn't even cut my sandwich lmao. Back to the subway.

I drove through the drive and they wouldn't take my order. The girl told me I had to admit it. I don't understand why she didn't take my order and asked me to park. She also gave me 15 minutes waiting. What happened to the customer service?

Really good subs and almost always top of line personnel. You have some people working on the evenings that could use some customer service development, but a total of 5 stars!

Went to subway first and they were closed at 8:30, so made it to the substation at 8:35-ish and she takes my order and then when I ask for it toasted, she tells me that they had shut the toaster down already... Lady in front of us in line mentioned that it doesn't make since to have shut it down already... So then the counter girl tells ME (rudely) what time it is......Thank God for the older lady that works there ...... She was very helpful and kind.
