Chick-fil-a - Pelham

They can never get a simple order right. The people taking the orders always mess it up. Never going to this location again.

We stopped at the Chick-fil-A on Hwy 119 in Pelham today for lunch on the road. Service was fast and friendly and the sandwiches and waffle fries were delicious!

I am writing to you regarding an unfortunate experience I had during my recent visit to your restaurant. While I was enjoying my meal, I was surprised to discover an una in my soup.This finding was very disappointing and disturbing. As a regular customer of your establishment, I have always appreciated the quality and attention to detail in your dishes. However, finding one in my food was an unpleasant experience that compromised my trust in the hygiene standards of their kitchen.I understand that mistakes can happen in any business, but I believe it is important to address this issue to ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene are maintained in your restaurant. In addition to expressing my concern, I would like to know what measures will be taken to prevent this from happening again in the future.

Food was good and delivered promptly, but the wrap was missing its signature dressing, which we didn't discover until we got home. I recommend checking your order before leaving the restaurant.

I ordered breakfast and the service was friendly, quick, and efficient.
