Arby's - Pelham

One of the worst fast food experiences ever. The Reuben sandwich barely had anything on it. We ordered two Fish sandwiches because they looked great in commercials and on.the drive thru kiosk. However, what we were handed was unrecognizable as fried fish. The sandwiches were mashed flat, the bread was flat, the sandwiches were so gooey we could not eat them. The fish and the cheese were cold, and there was no recognizable lettuce. Oh, we tried to eat them, but they were so bad that we threw them away. We spent almost $40 on three sorry meals and one milkshake. Never again.

Arby's has became a fan favorite of mine, like I didn't even know they sold fish items on the menu!? ?The service was nice, although the food could've came a little bit faster, it's always nice for them to prepare it for me first to get it just right.The lobby wasn't too packed but I see why a lot of people don't go to Arby's but I think yall should try it out! Seats and tables were clean as they can be.I was curious about their menu items, one in particular with the crinkle fries like they copied other fast food restaurants but hey, you can never go wrong with the original curly fries.

Had to get the guy up off his chair and phone to wait on us. The curly frys were cold, had been sitting a while I'm sure. While we were eating my husband noticed a food fight going on back by the grills. There were lots of tables that could have been cleaned while they were screwing off. There was only one other couple there.

I'm disappointed pointedvwith tast . It is. Ot the same. No matter what Arby's I go to, the flavor is lacking. I guess I'm stuck on how good it used to be. Just not the
