Steak 'n Shake - Pekin

Place was dirty. Floors were dirty and tables. It is NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM of how the old steak n shake was. Eliminating the waitresses and just having a screen to order from ruined it. I will go anywhere else to eat before I go back here.

My family (5 of us) came in around 11:30 pm on Thursday, August 25th after driving from Texas. We ordered our food from the kiosk and the food was ready about 15 minutes later. My fries were not even warm, the chili was watered down but I was tiredand hungry so I didn?t complain. As soon we got our food and started to eat, a worker came by and said we close in 15 minutes. We were like ok. Then at 11:59 he gets on the intercom and says ?the time is now 11:59 and we close in one minute.? We we?retrying to hurry. He walked back by and gave us a dirty look, so we asked ?can we finish eating or do you want us to leave now?? He then says ?My manager says you have until 12:15.? We finished eating and left before then but as we were leaving he saidsomething and I started to turn around and ask him what? But I was tired and didn?t want confrontation. The next day, every onein my family was sick to their stomach except the one person who didn?t eat. Will definitely not return to this restaurantagain!

This is a 24 hours restaurant, so is cut a little black. they have already massified the order, but always corrected the error and made it right. the restaurant is clean, and the staff, other than the overnight, are friendly.

I was here today and ordered a Frisco court that they put a whole lot of sauce on it. I called them and asked if they could give me credit, and the manager was very rude and said they didn't do that I had to put my sandwich and they would give me another. they will never get my business again

Polite and fast. We had a mistake where I had 2 orders and a buddy with me had 1. They put it all in one bag and gave it to me without saying anything. We waited another 5 mins and they then mentioned it was all in one bag.
