Maquet's Rail House - Pekin

Always top notch food and service. Food looks to be made fresh at the restaurant and not just pulled out of the freezer and tossed into the deep frier. Another person at our table ordered chicken tenders and said they were the best they had. They looked home made and incredibly fresh! Never had mediocre food here in many visits.

Went there for my birthday with some family, only thing that we noticed before but were patient with the waitress that is a drinks and then ask for appetizers instead of doing it all at once. Other than that she was consistent and pleasant and one of the fastest times we've got to eat

Menu claims the portobello burger is a favorite, but I'm not sure how. Extremely dry even though there should be aioli sauce on it. If it was there the burger drank it and didn't leave any flavor behind. First time we ordered food from there, they didn't even put Frisco sauce on the Frisco burger. I will say they gave us another meal for free, but it was essentially the same result. Hella good fries tho. I am eager to try other things on the menu, but I can for sure say the portobello isn't wort … – show

All I can say is this place is a must. Their pizzas are ABSOLUTELY “the bee's knees” and the price is right!!

Outstanding food! I loved my Railhouse Burger with onion rings, pepper jack, and barbeque sauce!
