Kfc - Pekin

The place was dirty.. we walked in to have the buffet till we notification the food all over the floor and cleaning supplies next to the food.. I asked the employee why they hadn't cleaned and got the response that they were very busy but only a fewwere working on orders..rest were on the cell phones out smoking or in lobby sitting and talking.. I couldn't believe theresponse and lack of caring.. and when I looked at buffet there was old chicken corn everywhere and crusted food in contanersafter seeing all this..we asked for money back and was told we couldn't get a full refund which was b.s cause we didn't touchanything..only got our drinks.. would never recommend eating here.. unless u want a trip to emergency room

Staff was super friendly. Had the buffet good selection. Also Unlike other local KFCs, they honor all promotions you see on tv

I'm not sure I've ever eaten there and had a clean table. However, the staff is friendly. The food is good and hot. And while I tend to get Famous Bowls instead, I appreciate that this KFC still has a lunch buffet!

I love KFC, but this one doesn't get cleaned well. Sticky, greasy buildup on the walls in nooks and cranny's. I will get it to go

Went for the buffet. Food was hot and kept fresh. A really hard working team! They were attentive to the food, customers and cleanliness. Better than I have seen in the past. We were especially pleased with a young man named Brock who we observed doingallot of different things, had a consistently great attitude and was obviously liked by his coworkers. I said I planned toprovide a review and asked a coworker for Brock's name since he was busy. Amazingly the coworkers also praised Brock and showedtheir appreciation for us. Now I wish I had their names too. I would want these guys on my team!
