Arby's - Pekin

I use the drive thru at Arby's. The service is outstanding my order is ready quickly the staff are so friendly and efficient. My Arby's in Pekin is the best.

I love the classic beef and cheddar. The food is always nice and hot and delicious and it doesn't take forever to get your food snd the employees are great.

Ordered at 2pm today. Female taking order was very rude and then didn't get the order right. Left stuff out. Had this happen a few times now. So I decided to put a review up.

The food was late and vold being delivered and it's all wrong. The drink tastes like diet soda. The sandwich is not what I ordered I wanted aa Arby's roast beef and root beer with fries. The fries were cold and so is the sandwich. The drink must be flat and the ice melted. It's all not right.

Decor seemed a bit outdated, but that's minor. Service was good and fast, which I've found it's hard to find both anymore. The curly fries were a bit over done, but I was still able to manage chewing even with my dentures. They still had the orange cream shake, which made my day as it's out for the year back home.
