I go out of my way to stop here, very happy with the crew working the morning shift,

The women?s bathroom was broken. The staff told me to used the mens bathroom instead. It was disgusting ???? It was only 8:00 am in the morning. It?s obvious that they don?t clean the bathrooms often. It?s not a clean store at all will not order here again????????

The team members were exceptionally polite and greeted me with smiles and friendly faces! The coffee was expertly prepared and just right. I’m glad I went out of my way to get this coffee to kick off my trip to Maine. There were also two charming older gentlemen in the lobby who I suspect are regulars, and their presence really added to the welcoming atmosphere!

I ordered a small cup of ice cream to take with me. The person who served me did an excellent job fulfilling my request, but when I asked for a lid, she told me they didn't have any. I was quite puzzled and felt the need to comment on their lack of essential items. The cashier mentioned that I wasn't the first to raise this issue, and she had informed the manager about it. My point is this: given the ongoing pandemic, it's clear that most customers are taking their orders to go rather than eating outside without masks. So why aren't there enough cups, lids, and other necessary utensils available?

Very polite team members! Treated with a smile and kind faces! Coffee was made perfectly! Glad I came out of my way to get coffee to start my journey back to Maine. Met two very nice older gentleman in the lobby who I assume are regulars that helped set the atmosphere!
