Cueva De Las Aguilas - Pedernales

I saw this on a travel Informative channel and fell in love. I drive 6 hours to be welcomed by a very rude young man. He simply just gave us our bands, walked us to our tents and said breakfast is at 8am. That's it. I'll admit the only thing I enjoyed was the clear turquoise water and spending some quality time with my family. Let me continue. I felt ripped off during dinner time. We all(5ppl) ordered tostones and salami......we were served 8 totones and 2 thin slices of salami and were charged 3,453 pesos. I was super surprised sine menu said Tosotones 100 pesos..Hmmmm. As a consumer I questioned this fee and very bluntly was told....This is a resort not a corner store. To finish my review I'll simply say we checked out right after breakfast. It's not worth the money. The customer service is horendous.. Will I return???. Defenitly Not!!!

Rip off. Look out for algae around the beach by the Rancho. If you see some and still want to visit Playa de las Aguilas, be aware there will also be algae around there. We were told it would be fine by the staff from the restaurant (the ones selling the tickets) but it wasn't. They are well aware of the conditions out there and yet, they will try to charge you as much as they can. Worth asking for a reduced price if you see algae around!

Not worth the price. We paid for a boat trip to Bahia de las Aguilas that turned out to be a rip-off. We were told that the conditions of the bay were better than in the local beach, instead they dropped us off where it was full of algae. It turned out there was a cleaner area farther away, but when we asked them if they could take us there they made up an excuse about a more expensive VIP service. Just avoid.

Unreal. I called and confirm the prices posted on their website. I was told to come in and I confirmed the prices over the phone with Edwardo. Prices posted on the website are completely different. This is a trap. As soon as you get here the prices double up. I mean double. I would not recommend it. This is false advertising. If I could give zero I would. Leonel call the management and she spoke to him like a kid and in such a disrespectful way. I drove 4 hours to get here for this awful and distasteful experience.

Excellent place but the most especial part was their employees, specially Matias who took excellent care of us.; we love everything, it was our first time but we can't wait to comeback
