Bidra med feedbackIt was quick I ordered on the app drive thru and mentioned my code and got my meal it took a few minutes. The drive thru was very nice and great smiles and great customer service. Thank you . Very impressive.. ???? and my order was right right down to the right sauce.
This is the worst service I think I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s. Not only did I wait over 10 minutes in the drive-through line but then I waited an additional 15 minutes after I paid to get my food. I don’t understand why it took so long for a place that is supposed to be speedy and quick.
For me to be a former assistant store manager, this place to be audited on the way they’re training they’re employees, they have lack of attentiveness and the managers don’t even help them but yet just stand there talking to them instead of helping them get the food out faster, with tht being said they need to retrain the grill crew cause there’s no way I should be waiting ten freak minutes for a meal let alone they’re putting way to much salt on the burgers and especially the fries, I have to order everything with no salt other wise I can even enjoy eating it due to heavy salt, this place needs to do better or needs a new GM and managers needs to get retrained on speedy and correct service.
The service was meh the girl on the register was struggling as she was in training and no one was there to help. One of our McDouble burger was the nastiest burger ever something was rotten my brother took a bite and threw up when I grab it to throw it away it was the most horrible smell ever I almost threw up. I don't know what it was I was to scared to find out. I called to let them know and I got a not so sorry apology and credit for another Mc Double after spending $40.
The food is as good as it gets for a McDonalds, however the employees were a step beyond many others. I was impressed.
