Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Pearland

It should not be difficult to look at a receipt/ticket and put what is one there into a bag…. Yet, they came seem to get that right. On multiple times, they have not been able to get this simple task correct. If you want to eat here, do it in person and do NOT get delivery!

The person that originally took the order, was rude. Her supervisor made up for her.

I went to this location on Thursday December 14th right before 7p. The young boy who was taking attitudes needs another job. He was super rude and had no customer service. He continued to say I can't hear you and had a horrible attitude then when I said I'm sorry you can't hear me he said God bless sarcastically trying to shut me up.. I've called this location twice and no one answers I will be filing a complaint! If your headsets are broke get another one but don't take it out on the customer like we not speaking up and it's your headset not working!!

I never had a problem with the popeyes before broadway, but the last two paintings were terrible. both paintings I ordered the 8 pieces meal and I received the half of the order of the chicken mini wing, no meat and not larger than 2 to 3 inches. also the kartoffels were not filled to the top of the container. the prices have risen, but popeyes has gone to the size of the huh. not worth the time and the money. check her huh before they leave to get the right size of the piece of huh.

I ordered a combo and my chicken was not fully cooked. I took it back and the manager said they would recook my meal. I waited 20 minutes and he never came back to my car.
