Kfc - Pearland

I have always favored KFC over other chicken restaurants....until today. I ordered a 4-piece meal, went home to have my lunch. When I opened the box, I was disappointed to see that the chicken was dark, not its usual caramel color. The coating on the chicken was not only dark, but tasted bitter, like old oil or being cooked for too long. The meat was tough and dry. It was a very disappointing experience!! I tried to call 5 times with no answer. I didn't feel like driving all the way back, so I gave the meal to my dogs. I have never had such a bad experience with KFC. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

We hadn't ordered from KFC in quite a while because we usually prefer Popeyes. However, we were intrigued by the KFC sandwich. While it may not compare to the Popeyes chicken sandwich, it was surprisingly good. We have ordered from KFC several times in the last month and have enjoyed their tenders with mashed potatoes. We didn't care for their bone-in chicken, though. We would like to give a special shoutout to the Old Pearland location for safely sealing the drinks and providing wet wipes.

I ordered two Nashville combos, but only received the chicken tenders and drink. There were no fries included. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered the phone.

If I could give them a 0 this would absolutely describe my experience! My daughter and I decided to eat here on yesterday, we ordered the macaroni bowl which was not fresh after asking for fresh food (we were the first customers) we sat down to wait for the order that was made fairly quickly. After receiving the bowl I noticed it had coleslaw in it!(I hate coleslaw) so I asked the cashier to have it made over. I stood there and watched this lady (CASHIER) use her bare hands to sprinkle cheese over my bowl at this point I'm disgusted. When I informed her that I saw what she did, she argued back and forth with me telling me she used a pair of tongs. I asked for a refund and it took the manager 20 minutes to come to the register to give me cash money back. This manager never asked why I wanted a refund and got an attitude with me she was very nasty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING AT THIS PLACE ITS NASTY AND MONEY POX IS REAL AS WELL AS COVID AND OTHER LIFE TREATING DISEASES YOU CAN CATCH FROM FILTHY CASHIERS PERFORMING KITCHEN DUTIES.
