El Pollo Loco - Pearland

No one was driving thru. Cashier didn't look like she wanted to be there at all. I had to ask for drinks. There were no straws or salsa.

Every one since the reopening is not good for me. I only had a chicken avocado Burrito. Meat burned, etc. I just tied $10.06 to just one burrito. You caught me with half of the chicken last time. I'm not going back.

The first time I enjoyed it, I just ordered Burritos? But they were very good I only have a request that the Burritos are roasted a little more on the grill, then very tasty and I will go back? Thank you.

Eat well, only the customer service could use some work. Girl on the ride through was not great and hardly anything said.

Chicken was dry. Wing was crispy. The primal place in Houston is way better. Unless someone straightens this place out, it's a no for me. I'm a big pollo Loco fan, just not this location
