Bidra med feedbackThe place seems smaller than the previous one, and it could be better with a waiting room they had the chance to change in the new situation. The food was pretty good and we got the order faster than expected. Good service. We went on Tuesday when it was bogo and including drinks it was about $10 person.
Takeout. Mild was definitely spicier than expected, and the 6 piece wings was missing one (only got 5). But overall good.
Went to Buffalo wild wings in Pearland to watch the Astros world series game. The atmosphere was good but the food not so great. I ordered some buffalo chicken tots which had no chicken. So if you order that make sure you keep an eye on if there's chicken in your order. Second thing the place is not well lit I could not see my food or I could not even see the menu. I literally had to turn on my light on the phone just so I can see the menu. The place is too dark. Restrooms were completely dirty, both of them and we let them know but no one did anything about it. A lot of the workers were just standing around doing nothing when the restrooms could have been cleaned. The service was good. I definitely will not be going back and do not recommend this restaurant to anyone! Find yourself somewhere else to eat. Somewhere where the place is better lit. Who likes eating in the dark? Not me!
The new building is very beautiful and the atmosphere is much brighter and welcoming. The waiter was great. They were very polite, attentive and competent. However, I was disappointed with the beverage selection and serving size of two of their appetizers. You have selected to serve Pepsi products....not sure why coke products are preferred in our region. We ordered the trio chip and dip cup as well as the fried pimples. For almost 8 we received only 13 pimple discs .61), which are about half of the pimple discs in the online menu image. We barley had enough chips to eat half the dips and when we asked for more chips to finish the dips, they said it was an additional fee. We shared all information, good and bad, with the manager at the service. Their only answer was that they are a franchise, so they do not control the images on the menus it website. I asked if it is normal for a franchise location to have different portion sizes as a company business, just to clarify their statement. Their answer was that they cannot control corporate decisions. We will still return, but will do without the order of appetizers and Pepsi products.
I love this special restaurant, they're all good for you. But there will always be one that emphasizes most. Food and service is excellent. Hospitality continues. Great work...
